Use of this site implies consent of the following ("Terms and Conditions"), which we advise you to read. By using the Website in any way, or by purchasing from us, you agree to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use and access the Website.

www.partynoire.com is owned and operated by Alina S. Cosma ("PARTY NOIRE"/"we"/"our"/"us"). We can be reached via e-mail at customercare (at) partynoire (dot) com or via mail at: Sos.   1. SITE CONTENTS

    All materials, including but not limited to, images, illustrations, text and designs, that are part of the Website (collectively, "Contents") are copyrights and/or other intellectual properties owned and controlled by Alina S. Cosma. All worldwide rights are reserved. The Contents of our Website are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the users of our Website. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents or the Website except with the prior written permission of its owner.
  2. GENERAL
    1. We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The terms that apply to you are those posted on the Website on the day the items are ordered, or the Website visited. Any item(s) purchased through the Website are neither for re-sale nor for any other commercial purposes and only intended for personal or gift use of the buyer.
    2. When ordering on www.partynoire.com you must provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself. Should your personal information change, please notify us at customercare (at) partynoire (dot) com as soon as possible.
    3. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Website, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour is fully equivalent to the actual colours of the items posted since this depends on the colour capabilities of your particular computer monitor.

    4. We shall not be responsible to you if we are unable to provide our internet services for any reason beyond our control. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk and we cannot guarantee that the website is entirely error free or free of bugs or viruses.
    5. You must be at least eighteen in order to be allowed to register with us or use our e-boutique. If you are under eighteen, please do not submit any personal details.
  3. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
    1. We will charge you in EURO (non-residents of Romania) or RON (Romanian residents only); currency selection options are only an indication of value!
    2. Prices are free of VAT as we currently benefit from VAT exemption. Customers ordering on www.partynoire.com will not be able to receive a VAT refund as we do not apply VAT. However, you may be liable to pay taxes and/or import duties from customs. Please check with your local authorities as we cannot predict any such additional charges and we are not responsible for any such costs you may incur.
    3. Shipping costs will be added to price of purchased items before you complete the transaction.
    4. We are under no obligation to supply the items you ordered unless we confirm availability of the item(s) and accept your order via e-mail.
  4. SIZING INFORMATION AND GARMENT CARE
    1. Basic measurements are listed below. Please note that sizes may vary according to design. Thus the dimensions below do not represent the exact product measurements, but your body's measurements. We encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns about fitting.

  5. BUYING
    1. After placing an order with www.partynoire.com e-boutique, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order containing the details and the total value of your order.
    2. You will be able to view the progress of your order by logging in, clicking my account in the top navigation bar and then clicking orders.
      1. Waiting for processing: means that your order was received but not yet processed (your credit card has not been charged);
      2. Payment confirmed: means that your card has been charged and the order is being processed for shipping;
      3. Sent: means that your order was sent.

        A tracking no. should be visible. If the status of the order is showing other than one of these titles then your order may be in stand-by due to an unsuccessful transaction or a stock problem, which you will be informed about, and the action taken.

  6. PAYMENT
    1. We accept payments through PayPal. The transaction will be processed by the secure payment gateway at PayPal. Accepted credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, or PayPal accounts. We do not hold your credit card information.
    2. Romanian residents will pay via bank transfer. Contact us for transfer details.
    3. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery if the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us.
  7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
    1. SHPPING
      1. We can ship purchased items to all locations WORLDWIDE (you can view the countries to where DHL ships in our drop down menu at shopping cart level).
      2. Unless it is stated otherwise, all products will be shipped from Bucharest via DHL and will be insured at DHL standard rates. Shipments will be fully traceable via www.dhl.com.
      3. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
      4. Shipping rates depend on the size and number of items being shipped as well as on their destination. The appropriate rates will be added to the cost of items purchased before you complete the transaction. The approximate rates are:

    2. Delivery
      1. Most orders will be dispatched between 5-14 days. If there is a delay or items cannot be made, we will inform you via e-mail. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.
      2. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times are from Mon-Fri between 9.00-17.00.
      3. If for any reason, an order sent out is undeliverable and is returned to us, the customer will bear the costs for re-delivery.
  8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
    1. Items found unsuitable by the customer may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The following steps are to be followed in case of returns/exchanges:
      1. put the item(s) back in the original bag; item tags and invoice must accompany the return;
      2. notify us at customercare (at) partynoire (dot) com within 48 hours of receiving the item for a return code of your purchase and write the code on your transport document. This is absolutely necessary for correct processing of your return and we will not accept a return that is not accompanied by the return code;
      3. all returns of web merchandise must be sent to: Alina Cosma, PARTY NOIRE, Sos. Colentina no. 2A, bl. 3, sc. B, 12th floor, ap. 81, Sector 2, Bucharest 021172, Romania;
      4. please also include information stating the product's defect.
    2. Note that returned items must be in unused, re-saleable condition. You will be credited for your full purchase, less our initial shipping charge as soon as reasonably practicable. You are responsible for the shipping costs and any taxes and duties of your return.
    3. Exchanges will be accepted only for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned products have been received and passed our quality control check.
    4. We suggest that you insure the returned items for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
    5. In case of faulty or incorrectly supplied items, we will also refund the shipping fees. Before returning the items contact us for information on mode of shipment.
  9. APPLICABLE LAW

    By visiting our web site, you agree that the laws of Romania will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise.
